We offer free delivery on all orders within 5 miles of SR7 8ST. For any orders delivery charges below will apply. This refers to standard home delivery orders placed on RUKtradesuppies.co.uk only. Charges refer to the value of goods being delivered and excludes delivery from stores or services. Excludes bulk and large deliveries.

Next Day Delivery £5 Free for orders over £50 inc VAT
Large Delivery (Bathrooms, etc.) £25 Free for orders over £300 inc VAT

If you are ordering items for a bathroom suite, your items may be grouped together and delivered on the longest timescale shown.
If you are ordering more than one item, please be aware that items may not be delivered together
If your order contains large delivery items, as well as standard delivery items, you will be charged for large delivery. If your order contains bulk delivery items, as well as standard and/or large delivery items, you will be charged for bulk delivery. Your order will only have one delivery charge.
Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses. Please be aware that deliveries to some rural postcodes may take longer or be subject to restriction.
Most of our products will be delivered to your front door. Some items are delivered to kerbside (the street) or to a ground floor room of your choice. You will need to be in to receive your delivery unless prior arrangements have been made and a signature may be required.
If you are not in when we try to deliver, we will leave a card letting you know how to rearrange delivery for a suitable time.
It is not possible to amend or cancel orders placed for next day delivery due to the limited time between the order being placed and being dispatched for delivery. Please call us to decide on the appropriate action to take.
Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 45 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 45 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
For products purchased in our branch you can return any item within 45 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt or sales invoice with you as proof of purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been opened or damaged.
For products purchased for home delivery please call us on 0191 581 00333 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for your item(s) to be collected. Alternatively, you can return item(s) to our branch, but you must bring your order confirmation email or sales invoice and the credit or debit card used for payment or you may be declined a refund.
There are no charges for returning products to our branch. For certain products we offer a collection service. Please contact us for further details. We may charge a fee for this service. The fee will depend on the products returned (bathrooms, plasterboard, etc.) but will not exceed £50.
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
